I had a negative experience with the customer service at this store. While I understand that not everyone needs to be overly cheerful, as no one is perfect, I do expect to receive some assistance when I ask for it. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 30 minutes on the 2nd floor before someone finally showed up. Then, instead of helping me, they went to the storage area to do other tasks. On another occasion, some months ago, I received assistance from a girl who forgot to check the storage area for the hair I wanted. After my request, she proceeded to help other customers for 20 minutes and then began other work-related tasks right in front of me. I had to remind her of my request.
Typically, I am efficient in my shopping at beauty supply stores since I know what items I want and have alternative options in mind when I arrive. Yet, at this store, it takes me an excessive amount of time (30-45 minutes) to receive assistance, which is unreasonable.
Lillie was the lady that made my whole experience FANTASTIC... Very helpful and knew her products. I left feeling AMAZING while prepping for my trip to Greece.

It's unbeweaveable how much hair a woman can buy and how much they pay just unbeweaveable I guess when you are building a birds nest u need all the strands you can use
If you do hair or get your hair done often, you better pin this beauty supply. They stay pretty well stocked, they have some knowledgeable staff on hand, AND the ENTIRE second floor (yes, there's an upstairs) is hair...all hair.
Great selection of hair and cosmetics, great clearance pierced. The workers there are nice & helpful. But the owner is never there and the floor needs to be cleaned, most times it's dirty and sticky. The owner is just sitting back getting rich while all the employees do all the work.
I have found this beauty supply to be very nice. Well stocked and the staff has been helpful enough to me. I don't use a lot of hair extensions and nothing elaborate, but their hair supply upstairs is awesome to me!
So glad this store exists! Sometimes, you want to see hair and products in person instead of shopping online. The first floor has ALL the products you would need to do your hair or supply your salon. The 2nd floor has hair in a variety of styles & colors. I am just grateful for the options along with the nice service!
